Hamilton Academical FC are delighted to announce that goalkeeper Ryan Fulton has agreed a one-year contract extension.
The 26-year-old put pen to paper on the extension today which secures his future at the club until the summer of 2024.
Speaking to the club’s website, he said: “I am really pleased to have my future secured here at the club. It’s a great dressing room to be a part of and I am looking forward to working together to get some positive results this season.
“I feel great coming into the new season. Pre-season has been very tough, but we have done a lot of great work and we are in a good place ahead of tomorrow’s game.”
Head Coach John Rankin said: “I am delighted to have Fults extending his stay here at this football club. He has shown real leadership qualities in my time at the club and is a fantastic asset in the changing room.
“As a goalkeeper, he ticks all the boxes for what we are trying to do here and the way we are trying to play. He is a key part of our defensive unit and works well with the backline in front of him.”
