The u20s moved joint top on 45 points with Motherwell, after this 3-2 win over Aberdeen on Tuesday afternoon, in a game which had a fairly dramatic finish.
Ryan Tierney finished well in the 19th minute, then netted from the spot, after he had been pulled down, to give us a 2-0 lead by the 36th minute. Scott Wright pulled one back for Aberdeen with an 85th minute penalty before Chris Antoniazzi spectacularly equalised two minutes later with an overhead kick.
But we weren’t to be denied and in the 89th minute Cypriot Alex Gogic headed home Steven Boyd’s free kick to give us the win.
